At Āyā, we approach our structure in a completely new and revolutionary way. 

Our structure uses an intuition-led format (samiksha – deep insight) which means that although we have many different departments and people who are specialised in their fields of expertise, the direction and workflow of our members is informed through their own intuition. Āyā members are not hired or directed. We simply move into place and start fulfilling our roles. Our structure also allows for fluidity between departments, which means that members will often be involved in many different areas simultaneously.

The Āyā Samiksha Structure reflects the nature of the Source of the Universe, individualised but simultaneously also One. We work in unity through intuition.
